Good Health Tips

Health is wealth. It's a very old saying, but its importance is still the same and in fact its importance is increasing day by day in today's busy world.So what should we do? We can't just sit in one place and keep watching our health going down. So what should we do? Where should we start? These are the most simple questions arise in everyone mind and answers to these questions are also very simple. We just need to follow some steps and need to be ready psychologically to do honestly the steps which are being told to you. My brother a sports person from nearly 6-7 years and I know some pin points which can help you a lot. So get ready to read some easy steps which you can apply in your daily life. I want to you to live a gentle life, so be curious, be attentive, and apply these steps HONESTLY in YOUR life for YOURSELF


WHAT TO DO 


Time table or I can say your living routine will start from the morning. You have to learn to wake up in morning. I will not say you to wake up at 4 am but you have to wake up at-least at 6 AM. Reason ? I will give the perfect reason, these are my personal experiences so the result is guaranteed and you will feel the same experience too. When we wake up in morning our mind is always in very peaceful mode and in that situation when you will go outside to your garden you will feel alone and the cool breeze acts like energy drink to your lungs because at that moment of peace you will feel cool breeze entering your lungs and refreshing them from inside. WOW, that moment is just awesome, at that time try to feel the environment around you, try to observe every natural phenomenon happening around you like birds movement and others. It gives human beings a special kind of peace which we cannot get by watching papers or desktop screen. If there is grass in your garden then try to walk with bare feet on it. It gives a different joy to our senses. Now, this all is about feelings which are the main characteristics of a human being. Feelings can become an important tool in peoples happiness if it is connected with the right topics and in right directions. 


DONT DO TOO Many THINGS, KEEP EVERYTHING SIMPLE AND DO THESE LITTLE THINGS BELOW AND BE SATISFIED WITH IT. TOLD YOURSELF THAT I AM SATISFIED WITH WHATEVER I DO TODAY


Now I will tell you what physical work you can do, which will be enough and easy to do. First, important thing is to drink only half glass of water and release your urine first. Now body will be ready to do light exercise happily. So first do some light stretching and after that do light running just to warm up the body. After that do pushups in 3 sets and push up count depends on your mood. Don't try to exhaust your mind by doing extra push-ups otherwise, you will fear next day to wake up again, do enough exercise as much your mood says. In place of  Pushups, you can do Yoga or meditation or can do this on next day. After doing this all do brush, or you can brush in the beginning and take bath and relax and do your studies or daily work. Your all day will go awesome but keep one thing in mind always wake up with a smile for the life God had given you. It's important to be positive always doesn't matter how bad other says around you, just talk to your self only positive things and boom, You will be awesome at-least for yourself because YOU HAVE DONE SOMETHING GREAT FOR YOURSELF WHICH WILL ADD MORE TIME TO YOUR HEALTHY BODY AND HAPPY LIFE :)
